The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) and a2i,ekShop have established 2 CMSME e-Commerce facilitation centres to give marginalised and disadvantaged CMSMEs services necessary to their development in the digital space. a2i has leveraged the existing government space of Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) in Narayanganj and Rangamati as the e-Commerce facilitation centre.
ekShop, a2i will offer organised and personalised support for SMEs lagging in their digital skills. ekShop will offer organised coaching in product packaging, photography, and training in digital skills necessary for their business. Two new delivery vans/trucks are deployed to provide dedicated service to the CMSMEs using the facilitation centres.
