Digibox, the First entirely “Made in Bangladesh” IoT Smart delivery solution, has inaugurated Tuesday at the ICT Tower, Agargaon, Dhaka, by Chief Guest of the event Honorable State Minister for ICT Division Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak.

Along with him Chair of the event, Mr. Dr. Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir, Project Director (Joint Secretary), Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme of the Bangladesh government, Special Guest Mr. Bjarke Mikkelsen, CEO of Daraz Group, and several high officials from the public and private sector were present at the event. Mr. Rezwanul Haque Jami, Head of Digital Business of a2i, presented how DigiBox works as a solution to secure and efficient last-mile delivery.

In his speech, Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak said, “Digibox developed by the ekShop of a2i offers seamless last-mile delivery, storage, and pick-up experience. It champions ICT Division’s motto of ‘Made in Bangladesh’ for hardware and software solutions. With the looming global economic crisis, we need to focus on local innovation and trade to boost our economy and reduce unnecessary foreign currency expenditure.”
